You have a choice of units

Our ability to offer you your first choice of apartments will depend on the length of the waiting list and availability of the desired apartment. You may move into an available apartment now, and, when your first choice becomes available, you will have priority to move to your first choice. There is no charge to put your name on a waiting list. You are able choose your own color scheme for walls and carpeting.

Our Buildings Offer Community Space

All three buildings encompass the natural green environment and are in a private cul-de-sac, away from the bustle of the roadways. Each building contains four lounges and a beautifully appointed community room with a well-stocked library. Enjoy the space with your fellow residents or entertain family and friends. Residents can use them for family or social group gatherings. Many of our residents entertain their bridge or book clubs in these rooms. Also, each building has a well maintained first floor coin-operated laundry room.

Parking Options

There are assigned parking spots outside of each building. Garages are also available on a first come first serve basis for a low monthly fee.


Garden Availability

A small garden space is provided for first floor residents. Those wishing to plant flowers may do so in the patio area adjacent to the apartment.

Appliances And Utilities

All kitchens include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There is no need to call a repair company; we do all repair and maintenance for the kitchen appliances. The resident separately pays for electricity usage and telephone/internet service. All electrical usage is billed directly to you through National Grid. The charges for Telephone and Internet service is billed directly from your choice of providers. Cable is included in your monthly maintenance fee.

Pet Friendly

Small dogs (under 35lbs.), indoor cats, fish and birds are allowed in accordance with the Pet Policy.


Each of the apartments is equipped with wide doorways, specially built bathroom facilities, and emergency pull cords in the event of an accident. Furthermore, all buildings have elevators and are accessible to wheelchairs.

Emergency Services

There are emergency pull cords in the bedroom(s) and bathroom(s). When a cord is pulled, it automatically notifies the Snyder Fire Department for immediate dispatch. This is much safer and quicker than if you were in your own house. Also, there is a phone number for 24-hour emergency apartment maintenance.

Smoking Policy

The Village is a smoke-free property.

Residency Requirements

Seniors 62 years and better are eligible, unless otherwise approved for occupancy by Presbyterian Senior Care. Presbyterian Senior Care is open to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, marital status, or sex.

Financial Advantages & Rates

The Village has a unique and popular payment plan consisting of an Occupancy Right Fee and a low monthly maintenance fee which includes cable service, landscaping and more. Residents pay individually for their own electricity, telephone, and internet access.
