Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village is designed for the lifestyle of independent adults at least 62 years old. We also provide unique services and living arrangements such as:

  • Independent Living for adults 18 and older with a qualified mobility impairment.
  • Independent Living for adults 18 and older receiving support services from a licensed or certified agency in Erie County.
  • Independent Living for adults 55 and older desiring supportive services from our Enriched Housing Program.

In Addition…

Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village has two full time Service Coordinators available to all the residents.  The Service Coordinators are responsible for linking tenants to supportive services or medical services provided by public or private agencies within the community.  Our Service Coordinators strive to earn the trust of the resident, network with their families, and provide the best scenario for the resident while living here at Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village.

Enriched Housing Program

This is more than just an affordable home. You’ll enjoy an apartment consisting of a living room, bedroom, handicapped accessible kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower along with:

  • Housekeeping every week
  • Laundry services every week
  • Shower assistance by our personal care aides
  • One hot meal enjoyed in our dining room daily
  • Daily breakfast and supper delivered to you
  • Medication administration is not provided. EHP residents must be independent in medication management.
  • Must qualify based on HUD income eligibility guidelines
  • Based on availability of open apartments

Qualified Mobility Impairment

While most of our residents are 62 and older, these unique apartments are open to anyone at least 18 years of age with a qualifying mobility impairment, such as a disability that requires the use of a wheelchair.

Services Enriched Apartments

These dedicated apartments are open to anyone 18 years of age and older who receives at least one support service from a licensed or certified agency in Erie County. You enjoy all the amenities, convenience and experiences of Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village with the added support of your preferred support provider.

The Enriched Housing Program dining room is where residents in the program will be served their hot meal of the day. It offers a sophisticated atmosphere for residents to dine and visit with other program participants on a daily basis.

We don’t believe convenience and comfort should be luxuries, they should come standard.  That’s why the move-in ready apartments at Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village offer an efficient kitchen with a stove and refrigerator.  The wall-to-wall carpeted living room lies adjacent to a spacious dining area.  A quick stroll into the bedroom(s) reveals a plethora of natural light cascading through large windows.  Naturally, the bedroom closet follows suit by providing ample storage space.  Luxuries come standard here.

Featured below are two of our floor plans for Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village.  Both layouts include a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and full bath. We also have 6 two bedroom apartments, availability is based on occupancy.  We also have newly remodeled ADA compliant apartments featuring roll-in showers.
